I have been working with Carmen for a while, and can confidently recommend her. She is kind, patient, and listens. I feel that listening to the person, and understanding what you are looking for is an imperative quality for a Realtor.

There are many facets to buying or selling a property, and I have purchased and sold a number of properties. The process is stressful and intricate. Having a Realtor that knows her business, and is always calm and collected, helps ensure the transaction is successful.

We were only intending to stay in St Augustine for Feb & Mar like we did last year snowbirding from NY. The Covid 19 crisis and postponements of planned events led us to extend our stay and it was a blessing 🙏 for us. An opportunity arose to purchase a Beach ⛱ condo that was already beautifully furnished in the prestigious Ocean Gallery. We were under a deadline to return to NY but Carmen Gilliland was extremely helpful in expediting our processes and working with FBC Mortgage to accommodate our needs.
