Step 1: in finding a house is determining how much of a house you can afford. Speaking with a lender early on will help you understand how much of a mortgage you can afford.

Step 2: is to determine your wish list. Prioritize important qualities like, location, schools, and distance to and from work, house amenities and the size of your house. Then I will be able to help you find the closest matches between what you want and what you can afford.

Step 3: Happens when we find that special house. It will be important to get an experienced agent to negotiate on your behalf.

It will be my job as your agent to find that special house, to write the contract and negotiate the best possible price for you. I will work with your lender, home inspector, appraiser and attorney to deal with any issues that may arise. From the beginning to the final closing I will be there for you.
