Carmen Kim

By chance, Carmen Kim met her husband at the Austin Airport when their flight was delayed, and, by choice, they made Austin their home. They love the Austin flare, the opportunity, and the culture. A curious boy and a Corgi with a royal personality run their house. Carmen enjoys cooking and adding her own spices to good recipes, watching Marvel movies, organizing and re-organizing, and a kept secret is that she has a Zumba instructor certification.

Real estate for Carmen merges her need for building real relationships and the determination to challenge herself to build her business. Real estate work is rewarding in that it allows you to really listen to the goals of clients and to truly assist in achieving those goals. She is mindful, joyful, and hopeful. She believes every client deserves what she refers to as a “Mary Poppins” agent who can pull all the tools out of their bag to make sure that client feels well cared for and supported.
