Carmen was very knowledgeable, adept and motivated toward overcoming obstacles and problem solving. During my home buying experience she was aggressive when needed and also very intuitive on how best to educate/inform me of the intricacies, pitfalls and and nuances of the home selection and buying process. She can be trusted to keep the clients best interest first and foremost always. She kept the process on track and we closed within 30 days, that was accomplished during a COVID 19 lock down and was no easy accomplishment. I would strongly recommend her for high expectation home-sellers and also for very particular home buyers. She can get the job done effectively and efficiently while keeping closing costs to a minimum.
