My name is Carmen Ruiz I am bilingual I have been a real estate agent for the last twenty years. I started my career in 2000 at Realty Executives in Las Vegas NV. In 2004 I opened Aztech Realty in Pahrump NV 55 mi from Las Vegas It was a wonderful experience being part of the growth of a small town in progress and also become an expert in land sales. Due to the market changes in 2008 I moved back to "Greater Las Vegas" worked for Merit Realty one of the largest REOS's brokerages. I later moved joined Realty One group one of the largest companies in Las Vegas as of today. In 2010 along with other professionals in the field of foreclosures we stared working with investors at the home auction where I helped hundreds acquiring investment properties at very low cost. Due to the huge success with investors my partners decided to open Nationwide Realty where I still work attending my Nevadan clients. In 2015 I got my Real Estate license in California . I really feel proud to say I am an agent of one of the most important companies in San Diego County Coldwell Banker West in Chula Vista CA.
