Carmen has handled multiple complex real estate transactions for us. Carmen always makes valuable suggestions which we follow for success. We completed her list of suggestions and prepared the house exactly to her specifications. And viola! Under contract very quickly.

We are a busy, working family and we don't know real estate. But with Carmen we don't need to know - she knows what to do!

Needless to say, we whole-heartedly recommend Carmen and we are sincere as we have gone back to her multiple times. Carmen sets reasonable expectations. She is direct and clear, and we appreciate that. We rely on Carmen for a realistic and practical approach to conclude the sale.
