Carol Anne was my realtor when I bought and then later sold my home in Savannah, all realtors can take you around and show you the listings but Carol Anne understands the neighborhoods down to the street in some places, knows all the nuances of the process, understands how to communicate with your offer or your sales conditions. In a world where you just want to ride around in someone's compact SUV to look at stuff you can see online anyways pick anyone else but in a complicated world that's either a seller or a buyer's market you'll be glad to have an expert in your corner like Carol Anne Hazelman.

carol Anne is absolutely great at what she does. she was able to list and get my house sold very quickly. she helped me put it on the market for a great price which drove alot of interest to the house which in the end sold in less than a month from start to finish.. This time I would like to comment on Carol Anne’s commitment to her clients even after their sale. She has been available to continue to answer all of my crazy house owner questions and has never treated me like I was pain. My step-son died two months after we bought our house and Carol Anne reached out to offer condolences as well as support. She continues to provide sage advice on navigating the world of real estate. I absolutely cannot say enough good things about my experience working with Carol Anne. When it comes to choosing a good realtor in the Savannah area you don't need to look anywhere else; this is the realtor you need to have. Carol Anne helped me sell my savannah house. I stayed in communication with her for a couple of years and she kept me updated with current market conditions until the time I was ready to market my house. I was living out of state at the time and with the added complications to the deal she managed it all with ease and helped keep the deal/s as stress free as possible. Carol Anne is highly professional and in my opinion exactly what a leading industry expert in real estate should be. While I did not have any issues along the way, I think sometimes issues do come up in real estate transactions and this is where having a great realtor is important. From our first phone conversation we knew Carol Anne was going to be the realtor for us. She made us feel like we were long-time friends from the get-go. We were house hunting in a tough seller’s market and doing it virtually since we were moving to Savannah and couldn’t be there in person to do home tours. Carol Anne, and her partner, Ansley Eller, both were always responsive to our requests to see homes and answer questions. They did fantastic virtual tours of homes for us going through every room of the house, opening closet doors, and describing what they saw as they went through the house. They say 3 times is the charm and we went under contract on our third home offer. Carol Anne was supportive throughout the whole process. My daughter was a first time home buyer and Carol Anne took the time to explain every part of the process in detail. She really has your best interest in mind and is willing to go to bat for you. We also want to give a shout out to Team Hazelman at Colony Bank for the whole loan approval process. They were great to work with. We loved working with Carol Anne and Ansley and highly recommend them if you are in the market for a home in Savannah.

If you are looking to buy or sell a home do yourself a favor and reach out to Carol Anne Hazelman. Carol Anne assisted me in buying a home. She listened intently during our conversations and she started pulling homes she felt I would have interest in from our chats. She added these homes to a website where I could view and share notes with her.This was a great way to virtually tour and save homes or remove homes so that we had a fine tuned list of possibilities. Everything went without a hiccup which was amazing as I was out of state. I could not have imagined the process going so smoothly but Carol Anne handled every step along the way from the search to closing. I flew in once to search and the second time for closing.
