I have been working for clients, Buyers, Sellers and Builders in real estate transactions for homes and land for over 20 years. Having completed transactions throughout the Colorado Front Range: in Denver, Adams, Jefferson, Broomfield, Larimer, Weld and Boulder Counties enables me to put my expertise in this market to work for you, my client.
With years of experience and a positive, can-do attitude my goal is to make the entire transaction a positive experience. Yes, it is a huge responsibility, and I strive to make the home building, buying or selling process ultimately gratifying to everyone involved.

Carol Barsch Bontrager is a northern Colorado native and has lived and worked in the northern metro area for over 25 years. Carol values the Colorado lifestyle and wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. Carol earned both her BS and MA degrees from the University of Northern Colorado and continued her education at Baylor University, University of Denver and University of Colorado.

After working for 13 years at a Department of Energy campus in the northern Denver metro area, Carol then pursued a career in Real Estate and Marketing beginning as an on-site Realtor in a custom home community representing 12 custom builders, then with Century 21 Real Estate in Erie where she earned the Rising Star and Centurion awards. She has also represented real estate investors as an independent Realtor, assisting clients with land and home investments and custom home building processes. She holds the GRI designation and facilitates real estate transactions with complete attention and detailed care.

Carol has a special interest in physical and emotional health and wellness coaching including exercise and physical rehabilitation for people living with cancer.
