My husband and I have known Carol for 20+ years and have respected her as a friend. When it was time to sell our house and purchase a new one, it made sense to use Carol. A decision we never regretted! Carol asked us upfront what our hopes were in selling our current home and in the purchase of another. On the sale of our house, Carol did not let the buyers over run us, and we met all of our goals. On the purchase of another house, Carol asked us what our top desires were. When we considered giving up one or more of the items on our wish list, Carol would keep us focused on what we truly wanted, and eventually we found the house with all our top desires. We still love our house! In addition, she suggested we hire our own inspector, which was an excellent decision. Carol's dedication to doing things not only the right way, but to make sure that we got what we wanted out of the deal is what impressed us the most. We recommend Carol completely! I first began working with Carol Weaver when I hired her to sell my house in Globe, Arizona, back around 2000 or so. I had been working with a local Globe realtor who had been unable to do sell the house and who had not even had anyone look at the house. Carol explained what her marketing plan would be and I quickly understood that the realtor I’d employed in Globe was not doing even the minimal things that Carol was recommending. As soon as my contract with the other realtor ended, I signed up with Carol. Carol got my house sold. This is even more amazing when one realizes that at the time, this house had no access to city water—people had to haul the water to the house! When my father passed away and left me another house in Globe, I again turned to Carol to sell it. My brothers and I also selected Carol to assist us in selling another unique home located in Portal, Arizona. Again, Carol came through and sold both homes in a reasonable period of time at good prices. My husband and I then had Carol find us a new house in Sierra Vista—and she found the perfect home for us at an amazingly low price. I’m happy to recommend Carol to anyone in the Tucson, Phoenix, Globe or Sierra Vista areas who wants to buy or sell a home. I believe Carol works harder at making her clients happy than any other realtor I’ve dealt with over the years.
