Since 1998 Carol Burke has been serving the real estate community starting in Hampshire, England as an Estate Agent then continuing in 2004 to the Sarasota Florida area as a Licensed Real Estate agent. Her experience comes not only from living abroad, including England and France but also having lived in Texas, Oregon and New Hampshire and learning first-hand what it’s like to be a buyer coming to a completely unfamiliar area. Carol realizes that it takes more than just book knowledge and how to write a contract but familiarity with the areas, a network of trusted business partners, real estate fluctuations and most importantly a human connection to the customer she is serving.
