Carol Carnevale

Real estate is her "third career." She started as a High School French teacher, worked in retail banking holding several real estate and administrative positions prior to entering residential real estate sales in 1986. It is her passion! She is energized by finding housing solutions for our clients. As a member of a dynamic team, she works with both buyers and sellers.

She considers it a privilege to guide buyers through the intricacies of a home purchase, a major life decision for most buyers. She especially enjoys helping our clients formulate a successful strategy and orchestrating the myriad details for our buyer’s ultimate success.

When representing sellers, her usual role on the team is to guide our clients through the very significant and complex disclosure and inspection process. She understands that for most sellers this is a daunting task. Her personal goal is to help them through with patience, encouragement, and a sense of humor.

The entrepreneurial aspect of residential real estate remains exciting to her. She believes that satisfied clients are the cornerstone of our business and she is thankful for the opportunity to serve with compassion, empathy, and high-energy enthusiasm.
