CAROL CARPENTER

Carol started her real estate career in 1993, working as an assistant for a top producing REALTOR®. She soon developed a love for real estate and made the decision to venture out on her own. She got her real estate license in 1994 and has been an award winning, multimillion dollar producer ever since. Before real estate, Carol was self-employed and had her own business. The skills of hard work, attention to detail and self-motivation that she utilized then serve her well in her new career. Carol is serious about her career and has worked hard to keep herself educated to be the best for her clients. She has earned various designations including Accredited Buyers’ Representative (ABR), Graduate REALTORS® Institute (GRI) and she is in the process of earning the coveted Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation.

Carol was born in Wichita, and grew up in Garden Plain, so she knows the area. She is a member of St. Francis of Assisi church and is on the Advisory Council for Harbor House which is a shelter for women and their children who have been affected by domestic violence. She has been involved with Habitat for Humanity, serves on committees at the Wichita Area Association of REALTORS®, and engages in activities with her children and grandchildren. Married for 43 years, Carol has five children and a total of seventeen grandchildren. Home & family are important to her, so she knows how important they are to you. Treating all her clients as if they are family is how Carol has been so successful and why her clients come back repeatedly and refer all their family and friends.

She loves negotiating the best deals for her buyers and sellers; including helping her buyers find the best interest rates and financing programs for their specific situations, and helping her sellers get the best price for their homes. She makes sure that all her clients are well informed throughout their transactions. Carol loves all real estate and especially loves to provide the needed expertise that a first-time home buyer needs. They expect her to guide them, which she is more than proud to do, just like they were her own family. Carol’s goal is and always has been, “Building Lifelong Relationships One House at a Time.”
