Carol Damon

Carole Damon is the Principal Broker/Owner of Capital Realty Group, Inc. Along with her Sale Associates, they have 56 years of experience in selling, leasing, and management in the Real Estate Field. Carole was born and raised in Bloomington. She holds an Associate degree in Finance and attended the I.U. Kelley School of Business with a major in accounting. While attending the I.U. Kelley School of Business and working for a local accounting firm, she decided to try something different and took the Real Estate Sales Person class. After completing the Real Estate Sales Person class and passing the state exam, Carole entered the Real Estate field. Carole obtained her Sales Person's license in 1996 and her Broker's in 1998. In January 2004, she opened Capital Realty Group, Inc. Carole has served on many committees with the Bloomington Board of Realtors, including the Board of Directors, Grievance Committee, and Professional Standards Committee. She has also received mediation training and is a Bloomington Board of Realtors mediator. Capital Realty, Inc. currently manages Autumn Ridge Subdivision Association, Brentwood Homeowners' Association, Dorchester Village Association, Lincoln Place Association, Montauk Point Association, Sugarberry Court at Ridgefield Homeowner's Association, and Tamarron Homeowners' Association.
