Carol Davis lived in North Carolina her entire life and Wilmington off and on since the age of 3. She has formed many lasting friendships further enhancing her love for the Cape Fear Region. She is constantly astounded by how wonderful Wilmington and the surrounding areas have become through the years.

A full-time, full-service Broker in the Greensboro North Carolina area for over 10 years, Carol enjoyed being a top producing agent. 7 years ago, she decided to make the move to the “legal assistant/paralegal” side of real estate working with a Wilmington legal firm concentrating in real estate transactions.
