Carol is an exceptional realtor. She has found the home that my husband and I now live in, as well as the home where my son and his family live. During the times we purchased, supply was very limited in our desired location, often leading to multi-offer situations. Carol's in-depth knowledge of the area, her advice and her negotiating skills helped us into the homes of our dreams. When my husband and I were looking for our new home, we were primarily out of state. Carol handled everything for us, I mean everything. She would research and find listings that met our criteria, tour them and, leveraging FaceTime, take us along. Whether we were remote or in person, Carol was always very honest in her assessments of the properties, pointing out any unique or special attributes, as well as ensuring we were aware of any potential risks or "gotchas". After we closed escrow, Carol continued to assist us by providing recommendations for vendors (house and carpet cleaning, handyman services, etc.) and would meet them at our home to ensure the work was done and done to very high quality. The day we moved in, the house was truly "move-in ready", thanks to Carol and her efforts. Carol absolutely goes above and beyond in her professionalism and concern for her clients. I could not recommend her more highly.

Carol is an amazingly connected realtor. She knows the market, she pulls information even before a listing hits from her network, and uses the same network to promote your listing. I found it hard to trust an agent, and Carol changed our perspective. She's honest, transparent, will tell you what you need to know to make the right decision. I know, I know... It sounds like a rave review and you're wondering if it's legit. Carol has sold and/or helped us buy 6 homes. We're serial remodelers and movers, so if she can help US, she can certainly support YOU.
