Carol Fisher did such a wonderful job. From the first phone call interaction I knew this would be a good fit. Carol was a consummate professional and made us $150,000 more than we would have gotten going with another agent!

We interviewed another agent who looked only at comps when helping us decide on a selling price. Carol took the time to look over our whole house. She then told us why those comps didn’t match our house. She consistently took the extra time to understand our needs.

Additionally, she helped us through the whole selling process. She helped us know what to fix, arranged photos, staged the house beautifully, worked with our crazy schedule, and helped me deal with the anxiety of a selling a house. We always felt like we were in the driver’s seat and also that she cared about what was best for us.
