Carol Ginoza-Arikawa

Ginoza Realty, Inc. opened its doors on June 1, 1982. It is a privately held company owned by Carol, who was born and raised in Hilo.

Carol obtained her BA degree in English and Social Sciences from the University of Hawai’i at Hilo and worked at a local realty company. It was there that she decided that she should become a sales agent, which led to her opening her own realty business.

The company operates from a plantation-style home that was built in 1927, and later commercially rezoned for office use.

While our company principally manages property, we actively list and sell homes for our clients. Being a small company, we can offer personal attention and a family type atmosphere.
