Her parents, proud owners of the top-selling Spellacy & Associates Realty in San Bernardino, California, built a thriving business and a legacy. From a young age, Carol was surrounded by the everyday tools of the trade – coloring sheets featuring disclosure forms, yard signs turned jungle gyms, and amortization tables used for number games. Her first words? “Open House.”
Real estate isn’t just a career for Carol – it’s part of her DNA. She has spent her life marketing, training, managing, and representing as a Spellacy, and later buying, selling, and advocating for her clients as a Hinman. With over 250 successful transactions under her belt, Carol brings seasoned expertise and trusted guidance to every client she serves. She proudly helps individuals and families buy, sell, and relocate across California, Tennessee, and Washington.
On the home front, Carol is happily married and the proud mom of three amazing kids. She holds a BA in Human Communication and an MEd in Early Childhood Education. Her passion for teaching, mentoring, and advocating for children complements her commitment to helping families find their place in the world.
