My husband & I have known Carol Julianelli since 2000 when we first moved to The Villages. We met Kris in 2014 when we sold our house in The Villages and bought the one we are now living in. She and Carol work together and they are a great team. I would recommend both of them to any of our friends or anyone who might be looking to buy a home. In fact,we do this all the time. I can not say enough about how hard and long they will look til they find the exact house you are wanting. And once the sale is completed they do not drop you and go on down the road and forget you.
