Carol is fantastic. She’s thorough and very pro-active. Carol advises but does not direct, she let us make our decisions and determine our offers. She handles our questions and concerns with care and grace. We were successful in buying our dream house, which she found for us, and not over bidding! We will be selling a family home in the spring and I will not consider anyone else to represent us!!!

I have known Carol for over 50 years, and she has always been outgoing, friendly and understanding. Professionally she is a global thinker and detail oriented. As our real estate agent she was all of that and more. Her understanding of what we were looking for was right on, and she judiciously followed the market and notified us immediately when she found the perfect house which allowed us to put in an offer that was put together to allow for the competitive market. We got the house! Throughout the home-buying process she was right there to guide us through.. She also had all kinds of people to recommend to help us in any way through the process. I just ADORE Carol! I didn't know how probate worked and didn't know that so many people would contact me. A ton of people do not have your best interest in place when you are in Probate and she was an angel sent to me! Carol has a team that she works with that helped me clean out the house, fix anything that needed to be done, home cleaners, professional photographers; ect. Carol ran every quote by me and never once did I feel like I was taken advantaged of and she made sure if I could save in areas I would. Carol would let me know what steps we need to go through and what to expect which allowed me to never feel taken off guard through this process. If I ever find myself in a situation like this again I will be calling her and her team.

Carol helped me sell my brother's house after he died unexpectedly. First we had to empty the house where he had lived for over 30 years. It was a difficult time for me and Carol was always ready to help in every way she could. We were able to sell his house in less than two months from listing to closing and at the price I wanted. From our first meeting, we were more than confident in Carol Juntunen's ability to guide us through the house selling process. Carol is straightforward, honest, extremely hard working and exceptionally easy to get along with!
Other agents say they'll go above and beyond, but Carol is the only one in a long line of many who actually does. Our sale turned out to be quite complicated, as we moved overseas during the process. Then COVID came along, everything shut down, and we were in danger of losing our buyer.
Carol kept us sane. She always had creative solutions to unique problems. It was because of her perseverance that the sale was a success.
Not only that, she made sure the house was looked after while it was empty. Don't get us wrong, that doesn't mean just drive by. No, Carol was checking downspouts and water flow in rain storms, making sure the yard was properly looked after, keeping the house cool and dry in awful humidity. You name it - she did it!
I can't think of anyone else I would recommend as an agent. If you don't choose Carol, you are truly missing out!

Carol is simply wonderful to work with. As a real estate attorney, I have worked with a lot of agents over my career. In addition to being hardworking and knowledgeable about all sorts of real estate concerns, she is a problem solver. I have been impressed time and time again how she seeks solutions for her clients no matter the hurdle. We recently had a file together with an international client who was facing some obstacles due to a COVID-19 shutdown in her country. Carol wasted no time in contacting the US Embassy, international law firms, the U.S. State Department etc. until she found a resolution for our client. It took some time, but this deal would have died if it was not for Carol's ingenuity and persistence.
