Carol Kollar

Carol Kollar is a full time real estate agent and have been assisting buyers and sellers in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs for approximately 12 years.

Although she specializes in neighborhoods on the Northwest side of Chicago, she is also very knowledgeable about many other communities. Her husband and she live in Norwood Park with their three children. They are active members of the community and are in the St. Tarcissus Parish.

Most of her business comes from past clients and referrals. She is not a high-pressure sales person. Buying and selling property is a very stressful and emotional time for everyone. She tries to make sure that the individuals and families she represents receive the service they deserve, without any additional pressures.

What she enjoys most about her job is being invited back after a sale to see the house again. It is total gratification to see the smiles and excitement on the "new" homeowners' faces.
