Born and raised in the Livonia area, Carol has been a full time Realtor since 1987. Her sales have included Residential Homes, Condos, Vacant Land, as well as Industrial Properties in Wayne, Oakland and Livingston Counties. As an experienced landlord since 1989, she has first-hand knowledge of rental prices and property management. A licensed builder since 1990, Carol has built more than 15 Custom and Spec homes and extensively remodeled many more over the years. This added experience offers valuable insight when you’re purchasing a home or an investment property. With over 35 years in the world of real estate, Carol is truly experienced with every phase of the business.
Carol has served on several committees over the years for the Western Wayne/Oakland County Association of Realtors focusing on developing professional standards for the real estate community. She is an active member with National & Michigan Association of Realtor.
