We've been working with Carol since the beginning of the year to buy our first house. The market is super competitive right now! We were outbid about 30-40k on the first house we put an offer on and weren't even able to put in an offer on another house. We were starting to lose hope, but Carol kept telling us the right house would come. She was right! We found a home for sale by the owner. It was his mother's house, who passed away a few months ago, and he wanted to sell to a family. After we saw the house, we spoke with Carol in the driveway and she asked if we were interested. We were and so she went inside and spoke to the owner. He said he would honor our offer. Carol and us rushed home to get the paperwork ready and signed. We got confirmation that night from Carol that that house is ours. The whole process with Carol was very smooth. She works with Caliber Home Loans and Regal Abstract. While signing today at closing, the whole process took about 30 minutes! Very smooth and easy. Carol has other connections to make purchasing a home easy, e.g. homeowners insurance. Before purchasing our house, Carol was very patient and answered all of our questions. She would also point out things that looked odd on houses, which we really appreciated. Carol is very professional and has a plethora of experience in the realtor industry! My mother-in-law used Carol and recommended her to me and we'd recommend her too! 👌😊
