Carol Lench

Native to the Sunshine State, I was born and raised in Pensacola, Fl.
A resident and owner in the Villages, Fl., I have been a realtor since 1998. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Realtors and the Realtor Association of Lake & Sumter Counties. My real estate business does not limit me to the Lake &
Sumter County areas, I travel outside The Villages in search of the
right place for my clients to call "home."

I became a member of Foxfire Realty's President's Club in 2013-14, as well as serving 4 years on the Board of Directors for the Emerald
Coast Association of Realtors and was named 2005 Realtor of the Year for Bay County, Fl. For many years of my career I have been
a top producer.

Community involvement is one of my top priorities which includes serving as VP., of Zonta Club of The Villages, and honorary member of the Board of Directors for Ronald McDonald House at Shand's Hospital in Gainesville, Fl. Past accomplishments, include President of the Cultural Arts Association of Walton County, President of Tallahassee Junior Woman's Club and a founding member of the
FSU Extra Point Club. As a professional, I find the importance in
giving back to my community.
