Carol is a licensed New Jersey Realtor with an MBA in Management and an undergraduate degree in accounting from William Paterson University Areas. She has over 15 years of experience in the corporate world and negotiated government contracts. She is also skilled in organization and communication community involvement being an elected member of the 2006 County Committee for West Milford, involved in West Milford Schools and DePaul High School, a Member of High Crest LK Association.

Carol’s background is in business. Growing up she was around real estate constantly. Her family owned Molke Real Estate.
