Carol Mattice

Moving to the Lakes Region of New Hampshire in 1996 was a dream come true for Carol and her family. They embraced the motto “live where you play” so that they could optimize their leisure time without lengthy travels. The Lakes Region offers so many options with boating, hiking, golfing, tennis, skiing, snowmobiling, and ice fishing, plus the benefit of the ocean just an hour away. Carol’s husband is an emergency room physician, and they have enjoyed raising their four children in this fabulous area. A REALTOR® since 2003, Carol has worked in many areas of real estate, focusing on residential sales, vacation homes, condominiums, and land on and off the water. She believes in providing the highest level of services to her buyer and seller clients. Carol is constantly analyzing the market to advise Buyers and Sellers as market conditions change.
