I wanted you to know how very pleased we were with the service we received from Carol and Ken Maul. They received the listing on our home after it had been on the market for months with little activity. They worked with us to get the property ready for sale and personally followed up to be certain the work was done. We moved out of Fresno and were forced to deal with this transaction long distance. There are a number of reasons for the Mauls' success and those include the fact that they are attentive to detail, return phone calls, are conscientious about following up showings and persistent in showing the house. Ken and Carol have a distant family connection, and we were able to get to know them better over the last five years through church and social activities. I first met Ken and Carol in social situations. When the time came to sell my house, I decided to ask for their assistance. I found them to be most professional and on the ball during the entire process. They followed up on all the little details that came up and solved all problems immediately. We initially met Ken and Carol Maul a few years when we found we were all involved with the same local non-profit organization. They were real, down to Earth people and after learning their profession we knew we had some good contacts should the day come that we found ourselves in need of real estate professionals. Recently, it came about that it was time for us to sell our rental property, so we consulted with the Mauls. They gave us some valuable insight for maximizing our profit while minimizing any further investment costs.
