Carol went above and beyond to help me secure a new home, especially in this very active market. She answered every question I had quickly and thoroughly! She went beyond the scope of just helping me find a home. She recommended painters, electricians, mortgage lenders, insurance agents, etc. All her recommendations have been top notch! I felt I went through this process with not just a realtor, but a friend who truly listened to what I needed and delivered on all aspects. Often times, we were looking at homes after hours, talking on the phone after hours etc. She works 24/7 and was very very accommodating to my schedule. She is amazing at what she does and I feel grateful she was my realtor.

When you're a first time home buyer, you want to know you're in good hands and your realtor is working for you. I can't scream enough great things about Carol! She showed us as many houses as we wanted (even on weekends), pointed out issues that we would have never noticed in homes, and the icing on the cake: she found a HUGE error in our appraisal that would have cost us our loan that our loan officer, loan coordinator, the appraiser AND a VA SAR all missed (an entire room!). If Carol hadn't found that mistake we may not be in our new first house now! She absolutely goes to work for YOU, and no one else. She was even kind enough to bring a gift for our new 2 month old baby. She is vigilant and gets results. Can't recommend her enough!
