We chose to work with Carol in finding our new home in East Cobb because we were looking for a realtor who had experience with short sales and foreclosures. This was the first time we were looking to purchase a resale and we really didn't know what to expect with the market being in the state it is in. Carol was easy to reach when we needed to contact her, and she set up a website for us to view homes that met our search criteria, which made it very easy for us look at homes and let her know when we found homes we wanted to go see. She was also very flexible with meeting with us and being available (even in the late evening) when we had questions. Working through the process to buy a foreclosure turned out to be pretty simple and almost without any delays! We had a great experience working with Carol!
