Carol Power

Having lived in Falmouth since 1968, [Name] began her real estate career in 1980 with Mark Stimson and has spent more than four decades helping clients navigate the buying and selling process with ease and confidence. She has thoroughly enjoyed her years in real estate and takes great pride in making each transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible. She is grateful to the many clients, colleagues, friends, and family members who have contributed to making her career both successful and enjoyable.

Married for more than 50 years to USM Theater Professor Tom Power, she is the proud mother of five sons and grandmother of nine cherished grandchildren. Beyond real estate, she has worked with the University of Maine Cooperative Extension Service and numerous 4-H clubs, pursuing her passions for raising farm animals, gardening, and herbalism. She has also been actively involved in her community, serving on Falmouth’s Affordable Housing Committee and Open Space Committee. Throughout her life, she has remained committed to serving others, and she considers herself fortunate to have enjoyed such a rewarding career and a wonderful life.
