We are Cleveland natives who are relocating to Columbus and recently purchased a home there with the help of Carol and her team. We were very pleased with how accommodating they were with our crazy schedules and even scheduled our closing remotely to help reduce some of our traveling back and forth! Both Carol and Susan were very knowledgeable about the market and the neighborhoods surrounding Columbus to help us in our search. They returned calls and e-mails promptly. We found them very approachable and easy to deal with. Prior to our experience both of our daughters purchased homes in the area with their help. Obviously they were pleased as well!

My wife and I were first introduced to Carol Reeves back in September, 2020. From the moment we met Carol we knew that she was a unique realtor. Clearly Carol is a seasoned professional. When we would want to connect with her, she was timely, courteous, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and most of all she made us feel like family. We all know that when you are trying to find the right home in the best location the experience can be very frustrating. That said, every time we had questions and called Carol, she was quick to respond and listen. Now because we live in Maryland the opportunities to connect in person are limited so we had to continue to coordinate our time with Carol so that we maximized our trips. Then it happened…Carol let us know that a great new community was developing and she sent us some information and the community is Evans Farm in Lewis Center, Ohio. As soon as we saw the information, we let Carol know that we wanted to move forward. Building a home is something that we never experienced first-hand and Carol by far has been a GREAT partner in the selection, design, and frankly, our ambassador. Update, July 2021 we locked in our lot with 3 Pillar Homes and started the process. Now our home is not yet finished, primarily due to supply chain issues, however, my wife and I are extremely excited that soon we will be living at Evans Farm. In closing, Carol Reeves made what frequently is considered one of the most stressful situations, that is, moving and looking for a new home almost painless and stress-free. Clearly there are many realtors in the business and we would rank Carol Reeves at the very top of the list. Thank you, Carol, for all that you continue to do for our family and the time and care that you continue to provide for us. Sam and Linda.

Carol Reeves has been our real estate agent for approximately 10 years. We have purchased through Carol rental property as well as our personal residence. We have closed 11 deals with her. Not only did she have our home in contract on the FIRST DAY, she interviewed a Realtor in Pittsburgh on our behalf who turned out to be equally fabulous!

Carol is simply the best. Going through this process with someone as honest and genuine as her, made for a great experience. It was a big learning experience being first time home-buyers, and she really did have our best interest in mind. She made sure we were comfortable with our options and gave great advice. She gave us confidence in our decisions and was always readily available by phone or email to talk. I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else!
