Carol’s area of expertise is the Triangle area, but she has helped buyers and sellers in several locations around North Carolina. She specializes in working with first time buyers, investors, seasoned homeowners, and families relocating to this beautiful area. Carol is experienced with the sale and purchase of properties ranging from $100k to $2.5M. Her license allows her to sell anywhere in the state of North Carolina, but she will gladly refer you to a trusted agent if you are seeking a location beyond her covered areas.
Before obtaining her Real Estate license, Carol was a teacher for 25 years in New York City and in Cary, North Carolina. The skills learned over the years in managing a classroom have contributed to her strengths as a Realtor®. Advocating for her clients while educating them in the process, maintaining their privacy, establishing trust, communicating effectively, along with a strong set of organizational skills have enabled her to make a seamless transition into the world of Real Estate.
Carol grew up in the Mill Basin section of Brooklyn, New York. Her family was in the painting and contracting business. After moving fourteen times in NYC, she relocated to this lovely area in 2004 and has lived in both Cary and Apex. She loves helping people relocate to the area from other parts of the country. She certainly understands the stress of moving!
In her spare time, Carol volunteers to help cancer survivors. This is close to her heart as she is a survivor herself. With every sale of a home, Carol makes a donation to a favorite charity: The Children's Miracle Network, Kay Yow Cancer Fund, PBS-NC, LiveStrong at the YMCA. Her hobbies include cooking for her family and friends, reading, and exercising. Also, her husband and her enjoy concerts and love having so many venues in the area. They have two children, an NC State graduate, an Apex High School graduate, and two Doberman Pinschers.
