She is a member of the National, Pennsylvania and Bucks County Associations of Realtors. Active in her community, she frequently volunteers at a local food bank and is the Diversity Equity and Inclusion representative for the Yardley-Newtown Sales Office. In her spare time, Carol enjoys walking the local parks, trying new craft breweries and restaurants, traveling, trivia, and baking decadent desserts.

We met Carol Smith to seek her expertise in finding a home for our family in Bucks county . I was very surprised to find a realtor who was not at all pushy and was very keen to find a home that we loved .

Our initial search for existing homes brought us to a nice home but ultimately we decided to pull off our bid as we were interested in new construction . Carol was not only very understanding but also encouraged us to wait for new construction to customize the home to our liking .

In that lengthy process, Carol was able to provide valuable assistance in selecting important options, guide us thru model homes for us to visit and patiently resolve our queries with the builder.

It was a real pleasure to work with Carol and we really appreciate her patience in showing us various homes and always thinking about our needs first before making that sale .

Although I have not needed Carol’s services for several years, I recommended her to a friend of mine recently and they were THRILLED with the way she handled the sale of their home in Newtown and purchase of a new one in Yardley. Easiest recommendation I’ve ever made. Carol is the rare realtor who combines the utmost professionalism with an easy charm. Hard working, responsive and sooo nice! You won’t regret hiring her!
