Born and raised in Fort Worth, agent Carol Swanson is a soft-spoken redhead who loves the search for the perfect home. Her keen knowledge of the city and her multiple listings over the years in Fort Worth and surrounding areas, including but not limited to, Aledo, Benbrook, Burleson and Arlington, allows her to recognize the ebbs and flows of a constantly changing market.

Carol’s persistence along with a love for houses drove her to real estate more than 20 years ago when she began a career working for one of Fort Worth’s top producers. She then went on to obtain her real estate license in 2000 and spent more than seven years with Williams Trew Sotheby’s International before joining Bloom Real Estate Group.

Carol blends old and new practices in the real estate industry as she constantly keeps up with technology, but still values the person-to-person interaction that is so important in real estate transactions. Her experience remodeling eight of her own homes provides another layer of service to clients, whether they are searching for their dream home or listing their home for sale, as she can quickly identify older homes that are the perfect fit for a remodel.
