I would never consider using anyone but Carol Thayer she helped us find a home nonstop till she did. Also stayed in contact through all morgage needs and after closing the nicest realtor we have ever met, we have bought and sold homes 6 to be exact and she outways anyone of the realtors we dealt with.

Carol listed and sold my house for more money than I expected. I knew her from working for Goodall homes. She had moved on to another company and I used her to list my home. She sold a lot of homes in Stonebridge since she left there. I have seen many homes in the area sit there with another agent listing the homes but I noticed that hers always went fast. She had a lot of knowledge in that area.
