Ashley, at the front desk, is courteous and so helpful. Thanks to Julie, and the entire staff, I now own a lovely brick home with a beautiful view of the city below it. I started to seriously look for houses in Silver City about a year ago. I contacted several realtors to help me look at houses. The first few I tried working with didn't return calls or emails, showed up very late for showings, and seemed generally not very knowledgeable about real estate. This all changed after I contacted Thompson Realty about 6 months ago. I started working with Carol Thompson and she quickly returned calls and emails, showed up to showings on time, and was knowledgeable about the Silver City housing market. I'm a fairly picky home buyer, but Carol (and her associate Julie) were both patient with me and I ended up buying a house through them. I am 100% satisfied with the service I received from Thompson Realty and I highly recommend both Carol and Julie.

Julie was efficient, friendly and extremely helpful. She spent more time with us than I expected and never rushed us or made us feel she was wasting her time. One of the houses we looked at was way off the beaten path and it was very unlikely we were going to buy it. She encouraged us to take a look so our minds would be settled about it, even though it cost her over an hour of her time. She knows the market and was extremely helpful. We highly recommend her.
