Hands down the best realtor in WA!! We were first time home buyers and knew nothing about the process. Carol dedicated her time to us and took us hunting in lots of areas so we could really decide what we wanted in a house. Her knowledge and expertise landed us a beautiful new riverfront home and she even got sellers to pay closing costs!!

Carol made our first time home buying experience amazing. She was patient with me. knowing that I was nervous and anxious and picky, she took all of that and kept me in the loop every step of the way and guided us to the home that we fell in love with at that point she went above and beyond to work with the time frame that we were hoping for and performed nothing short of a miracle to get our offer accepted and our closing to be done in what I feel is record time. I would and have recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home. I wouldn't use anyone but her in the future and highly advise that others do the same. Carol made this whole process an experience that I cannot ever express enough gratitude to her for.

I can't say enough about Carol tover so I will try and sum it up as much as I can. She is an absolute amazing realtor and person. My girlfriend and I were renters and had lived in a house for almost 4yrs. The last week of February our landlord notified us that he was selling and wanted us out by 4.1.20. I put the wheels in motion to see if we could buy a place. Carol came highly recommended by our lender so we made the choice to go with her. As first time home buyers we knew almost nothing about what to do, what we needed to do or if I could even be done in the time we were looking at. From day one carol made us feel very at ease and was always there for us to lean on, ask questions, make random appointments to go view places and communicate with us like we were the #1 priority. We looked at several different places and she would give us her honest opinion not only about the place but if it even fit in what our price range was and the chances of us even getting it. We finally found a place in granite falls that we absolutely loved. It needed some tlc but everything about it felt like home. It was at that point we expressed to Carol we want this house make it happen. She literally did everything in her power day and night she could to get us the house. She found a roofer for us to use for a new roof she went through all the paperwork with us and answered any and all questions we had she got us a warranty on all appliances she helped us do some yard stuff around the house so it would pass inspection and even at closing tracked the seller down as she didn't sign an important document and was now living off the grid. Heck she even brought her personal trailer and helped us move out and into our new house. She has continued to stay in touch and see how we are doing. We accomplished all this and closed on March 23 while in the midst of a virus starting to take over and were fully moved in on the 27th. My girlfriend and I are extremely greatful to Carol and will use her for any future home purchases. We will also recommend her to every one of our friends and family members looking for a realtor. Thanks again Carol you are truly amazing and have our business forever. Matt and Melissa.

Working with Carol was great! We are first time home buyers, and she made the process much less daunting. She would call us with updates, send new listings to me daily, and gave us her honest opinion about the places we looked at. We were looking at houses off the beaten path, and Carol would meet us at these houses on our schedule, meaning late into the evening sometimes. She went above and beyond to make everything work out. She helped us find an amazing house, and I would definitely work with her again!
