Carol Uribe

Carol has lived in San Diego for forty-two years of her life. Having grown up in a Navy family, she went to four years of grade school in Coronado while her Dad was flying off of aircraft carriers out of North Island. College was at Monterey Peninsula College, San Diego Mesa College and San Diego State University. She has resided in University City since 1984; Serra Mesa and University Heights before that. She knows and loves San Diego.

Having had over 40 years of high end sales experience, including having been licensed in real estate SINCE 1984, she is well prepared to help clients through any real estate transaction. She is known to her clients, colleagues and former colleagues for her negotiating skills. Patience is her specialty; something that is a critical skill in real estate sales. Because she has worked extensively in automobile sales, loans and mortgages, she can help you navigate through the sometimes confusing disclosure paperwork that is associated with a real estate transaction, while focusing on what is important to her clients.
