Carol L. Wernli, Broker, has been active in Hudson, Monmouth and Ocean counties for 30+ years, much of which spent as Owner/Manager. Her experience encompasses a wide variety of aspects of Real Estate, from rentals, residential sales, REO, investments, feasibility studies, commercial, public sector housing, expert witness, speaking, training and State pre-licensing instruction.Carol’s career started in Middletown as a sales agent for Sterling Thompson and Associates followed by the establishment of The Wernli Group, of Hoboken. Subsequently the Group was sold to Burgdorff Realtors®, with Carol staying on to manage for 7 additional years. After a few years in the mortgage industry, Carol purchased a RE/Max franchise in Middletown until it’s sale 10 years later.Among other distinctions she holds are Graduate Realtor Institute, Certified Residential Salesperson, Certified Residential Broker, Mortgage Banker, Series 7, licensed NJ State Real Estate Instructor. She has been a director on the boards of New Jersey Association of Realtors®, Hudson County Association of Realtors®, and Monmouth County Association of Realtors.Wernli is passionate about her career.
