About Carol
Carol Zuckert has represented both buyers and sellers of Greenwich real estate for 17 years. She has executed successful sales ranging from large estates in back country to waterfront in Old Greenwich, and all other property types including condos, coops, rentals, and single-family homes throughout the diverse areas of Greenwich. Carol’s performance consistently ranks her in the top 1% of all Greenwich realtors.
In addition to real estate sales, Carol develops single family homes in Greenwich. Her projects include:
- Development of three new spec homes: 9 Keofferam in Old Greenwich and 17 & 19 Pintail Lane in Greenwich.
- Development of two homes for personal use: 19 Sherwood Farm Lane in Greenwich and 2 Highview Ave in Old Greenwich.
- Representing other builders, Carol has sold over $31 million in new construction homes.
Given this expertise in new construction, Carol is a tremendous resource for buyers and sellers who are considering building or remodeling a home. Her design sense, sub-contractor lists, and material vendors are a wonderful resource for buyers/seller and spec builders who benefit from her market knowledge and interior design experience.
Carol grew up in the Northeast and married a Greenwich native. They met while earning their MBA degrees from The Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Carol’s children attended local schools and she was an active member of the parent associations at Greenwich Academy and Brunswick School. Carol was a member of the Board of Directors of the Greenwich YWCA, a non-profit organization whose mission is to empower women and eliminate racism, where she remains active. Carol is an alumni interviewer for the University of Pennsylvania, where she received her BA in political science. Carol enjoys yoga, interior design, travel, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
Carol is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Greenwich Association of Realtors, the Greenwich Multiple Listing Service, and the Connecticut Multiple Listing Service, which includes all of Fairfield County, CT.
