Carolanne was great- I’m in an extremely busy time at work and only have about 1 day off a week. I had used over a month of off days touring various apartment complexes and couldn’t find a fit with amenities offered in my price point.

A coworker connected me to Carolanne and after asking what I was looking for, price range, and the location, she lined up 10+ apartments for me over a span of two days, less than 3 hours of time each day.

She made life so easy and I’ve already passed her contact info on to another friend. You won’t go wrong using her as your realtor!

Carolanne is AMAZING to work with. She really goes above and beyond. I would recommend her to anybody. I needed help finding a home to rent in VA while I was living across the country. Carolanne was super responsive and would do video walkthroughs with me and give her honest opinions. She even checked in to see how I was adjusting when I moved in. When I go to buy a house, I will absolutely be contacting her. She is the reason I ended up in a great home instead of a mediocre one. Can’t recommend enough!

Just as a warning this isn’t going to be a short review.

Carolanne has been more than great.. with my move coming from the Uk I was working with another realtor at the time but work called him away and recommended Carolanne. With only 10 days to find a home she immediately she hit the ground running and where she made her slip ups, she immediately corrected them. In just a few short days she scheduled several viewings and gave us great in-depth knowledge to the areas we were looking at. Her level of communication is also top notch, any questions throughout the process or if listing agents had questions it was relayed immediately. Now I can say we are happily moving into our new home, I couldn’t recommend her enough.

Carolanne is the best. I’m a first time home renter and she has made the entire process extremely easy to understand. From the moment I signed with her she began working on find me the perfect place to live and she had 3 viewings set up before we left our first meeting. She takes all of the stress off of me by explaining my part in this process and where she will be stepping in and doing her job. She’s extremely responsive and answers all of my questions intelligently. She’s made it super clear that her top priority is my satisfaction.
