Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $150K in Central Oak Park, Saint Petersburg, FL.... Caroleanne is a great agent and extremely easy to get along with during what would normally be a very stressful time. Even though we had already moved out of our home, I was still there almost every day working to finish the sorting, packing, cleaning and she was great about making sure all the agents bringing in clients were aware of this. One goofy agent set off our house alarm and left before the police came and Caroleanne made sure she touched base with the other agent & spoke up for us so that it didn't happen again. Would definitely recommend her to any friends or family needing a good agent and team backing her up.... meadowsland7

We were referred to Caroleanne from my in laws who worked with her before and had praised her. About a year ago we called Caroleanne and she referred us to her associate Penny V. Penny spent numerous days with us looking over a year or more and was very patient with us and had prepared info and research on each property of interest. We pulled the trigger on 10-31-14 and the loan closed/funded on 12-3. Penny was very thorough and has great follow up and follow through skills. We live out of state and most of this took place long distance. I am not easily impressed but must say both my wife and I are very impressed. We are very pleased with our experience and would highly recommend Penny and the Vorac group...bsnyder2

Bought a Multi Family home in 2016 for approximately $325K in Indian Shores, FL... Quick to respond to all my inquiries. Very knowledgeable about the area where I was interested in buying a condo. I felt very comfortable, it was as if we had been friends for a long time.
