We (myself, wife and adult daughter) were coming from out of state with unique needs and desires for a house. Carolee listened well and even though I thought our lists of wants would be impossible to obtained, we ended us very pleased!
We listened and then really worked hard to help us find a great house. She has excellent knowledge of the area. She walked us through the whole process and was so patient with us relative newbies (it was only our second house ever and 18 years since bought the first). She represented us well and networked well with others to help us get in and gave us advise in getting situated. I truly believe she was a Godsend!

Huge rave to Carolee Goodwin-Blackmore!! I purchased my first townhome in December 2021, during one of the hardest markets for a buyer. I had my mind set on a particular neighborhood in which she hand-wrote letters to all the owners of that neighborhood to see if any were interested in selling. That is when I found MY gem! I cannot thank her enough for her hard work, dedication, and ultimately a smooth and easy transaction! 10/10 recommend!

We're so happy we chose Goodwin Realty to help us find our first home! We worked with Kim and it was obvious from the beginning she was determined to get us in the perfect house despite how crazy the market seems. It seemed like she worked 24 hours a day, but she made it happen! We fell in love with only the second house we looked at and we had our hearts set on a 30 day closing so everything happened very fast. Kim was a true professional and handled everything like a pro. Carolee Blackmore was by far the best Realtor I have ever worked with. She was attentive, incredibly informative and completely controlled the process from beginning to end, removing all of the stress. She had contacts for everything we needed as the process progressed and went above and beyond on several occasions. If you are searching for a Realtor look no further than Carolee, five stars doesn’t seem sufficient for her! She is a master of her craft.

What a great experience I had with Carolee. I live in another state and was trying to clean out and sell my parents home. I was overwhelmed but Carolee helped me find vendors for everything to get the house cleaned up and ready to sell and we sold it quickly even though the house was in bad shape. I I was amazed on the quality of service and professionalism. Carolee helped me find vendors to finish walk through items and negotiated the best prices that she could. The house sold in a few days and well above the highest comps in my neighborhood. My house sold for thousands above asking price. She never over promised and always over delivered. All we can say is Wow! Carolee made buying our home a breeze! It’s been a while since my wife and I had bought a new house and buying something in this crazy market had us biting our nails for sure. Working with Kim was great! We had an uncommon roadblock with closing because of a situation where an appraiser didn't want to give the home a value (It was frustrating because it was an older home that needed some renovations, which we knew about, and I wanted to make the renovations it needed) Some other agents may have given up, as this was a very frustrating situation that was basically out of our control. Kim remained thoughtful and professional throughout the frustrating process and was able to a find a solution, allowing us to close on the home. As an out of state investor, it was great working with Kim as she provided insight and asked questions about things I wouldn't have thought about. I live in Boston so I had a short time to look at homes in Florida, Kim was great about communicating and coordinating to make the most out of my trip to look at homes while I was visiting. I'd definitely recommend working with them, Kim and her team were great!

I would highly recommend Goodwin Realty & Associates for your buying and selling needs! Hands down the very best real estate agency in all of greater Orlando!

My husband and I interviewed several agents at various realty firms in Orlando before meeting and signing with Mrs. Linda Goodwin-Nichols.

We knew the minute we met her she was the one we wanted representing us in the sale and purchase of our existing and new home.

Not only is Linda Goodwin the most well put together, responsive, knowledgeable, respectful, classy, confident, intelligent and effective agent but she really cares about her clients.

Selling and buying a home can be very stressful; my husband and I don’t know how we would have managed this whole process without her. We consider Linda a friend; felt like family.

I love Goodwin Realty... it's hard to decide on which realtor to use these days... but they stand out in teh crowd with their knowledge of Central Florida; specifically Osceola County. What really helped me feel connected to the process was their excellent communication. You don't find that with every realtor... I highly recommend Goodwin Realty to those looking for the best agent to list with and anyone looking for a realtor to help them find a home!
