We had found a few houses that looked interesting to us and we wanted to see. While we were out I received an email about another one that had just come back on the market. She made the call and had us in the house inside an hour. We ended up falling in love with it and putting in an offer. Caroline walked us through the entire process of buying our house. She negotiated a price we were comfortable with inside our budget, even thinking of things we hadn't. She was wonderful to work with, quick to respond whenever we had a question for her.
