Knowledgeable, caring, compassionate. Carolina was absolutely amazing during the process of selling my home, she knew what I needed even when I did not, it was emotional process for me and she knew just what I needed to get through it. I was terrified of working with someone and didn't know what to expect, Carolina was a godsend, and I don't think I would have had the same experience with anyone else

Knowledgeable, caring, efficient. Amazing experience with Carolina, closed on the sale of my home, and closed on purchase of new home within days of each other, Carolina wouldn't let me settle, she made sure I found what I needed and made sure I was happy, I didn't know what to expect and she was there for me the whole way, when something stressful came up, I didn't have to do a thing Carolina had my back 100 percent. This is not just about business for her, she truly cares and that makes all the difference!

My husband and I had spoken to several realtors in our area to determine who would be a great fit with the type of property we were looking to purchase and how we planned on financing our purchase. We knew from the first conversation that she was the person we were looking to work with during this new experience. Carolina not only took her time listening to our needs but then immediately went into action. She found us a great property that needed TLC, which is what we were looking for, and was able to negotiate a great price. She was right there assisting us with the very stressful buying/purchasing process, due to a very quick seller imposed closing time, by providing her expertise, recommendations and resources that were available. Carolina has determination and knows the local market especially during this tumultuous real estate time. Once we were ready to place the property for sale, Carolina utilized her knowledge and expertise of our local market to determine a fair and appropriate selling price. From the day the property was listed to the day we signed an offer was only 6 DAYS and over list price!!!!
Carolina is honest, ethical, professional, builds a relationship with you, listens to her clients, implements excellent communication, and is thorough during the buying and selling process.
