A lifelong Chicago native, Caroline pursued her education at the University of St. Francis, where she studied education. Later, she earned graduate degrees in Reading and Educational Leadership from DePaul University. Caroline's academic background equipped her with valuable skills that she seamlessly applies in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, and effectively marketing her listings. In 2019, she embarked on her real estate journey and quickly garnered recognition, earning the title of Keller Williams Elite's Rookie of the Year by achieving over $2.1 million in sales during her first year.
Beyond real estate, Caroline, along with her husband John, ventured into property investment, design, and sales, leading to the creation of Cunningham Construction Home Co., specializing in enhancing living spaces. Actively engaged in the home renovation process, Caroline collaborates with clients to understand their style and design preferences, crafting design boards and shopping lists for homeowners to implement in their renovations. Her commitment ensures she remains accessible and communicative throughout the entire renovation process.
Caroline's connection to Chicago is deep-rooted, having lived in various neighborhoods, from Mt. Greenwood to Roscoe Village, and currently residing on the south side with her husband, four sons, and their puppy, Casey. Outside of real estate and renovations, Caroline treasures family time, enjoys vacations in Lake Geneva, indulges in bike rides, and embraces travel opportunities.
