Ms. Lee was also responsible for the lease-up and stabilization of The Vermont, the largest and most expensive multifamily asset exchanged in Southern California since the 2008 market collapse. Ms. Lee’s team achieved stabilization of the 464-unit asset within 1.5 years at above-market rents. She specializes in niche markets in both Los Angeles and Orange County and has unparalleled knowledge of the latest demographic trends, with a proven track-record of selling out new home communities, high-rise condos and leasing large developments on an accelerated time frame. Ms. Lee is a licensed real estate broker in the State of California and a member of the Asian Real Estate Association of America and the Korean Real Estate Brokers Association of Southern California.
