Caroline was great to work with. My wife and I are first time owners. She worked within our budget and remodeling comfortability to give us as many options to look at as possible.
She had lots of advice and knowledge to share throughout the process. Her team she usually works with for mortgage lending and closing were also very helpful. We had a lot of questions, being our first time, and all of them were answered and we learned a lot!

We decided to purchase the house we had looked at during this particular Open House and Caroline immediately took over with helping us with the buying process. I had the pleasure of working with Caroline to sell my family home of 47 years. After my mom’s sudden passing in March, I was so overwhelmed with the daunting decision of how to proceed with my house. I’ve been connected with Caroline since High School and reached out to her to get some professional guidance on how to proceed. At our first meeting, I was immediately impressed with Caroline’s knowledge and experience. I knew immediately that I had made the right choice to work with Caroline. Since I lived out of state, Caroline helped provide much comfort knowing she was checking in on the house regularly. Caroline was amazing through the whole house buying process. As most people know, house buying can be very emotional & stressful. She did everything to take the stress off of us. She was always up beat and sure she was going to find us the perfect house and SHE DID! When we went to the house after closing we noticed the previous owner left a lot of belongings and junk behind. Caroline immediately took care of this making sure junk people came and took everything away. She even went there to get everything together and be there for the junk people because I couldn’t get out of work. This was all AFTER closing. She also periodically reached out to check up on us and the house. It was a great experience and I highly recommend her

We are no strangers to real estate, but selling our NH home from Arizona was one of our more ambitious endeavors. Caroline was a classmate of my daughter’s, who recommended her highly based on character traits alone.
From our first interaction, she exceeded expectations with a prepared timeline, a solid sales plan, and delivery that was executed with confidence and a smile. Our home became her home as she molded the strategy of the sale to the changing house market.
