Our agent, Carolina Quintana, has been a friend of mine for over six years. When it came time to put our home for sale, it was a no brainer. She is highly skilled, funny, intelligent, bi-lingual English and Spanish and understands the real estate market. Although we are out of state sellers, Carolina kept us in the loop and took great care of our home. She went out of her way to have the home cleaned and ready before each open house. On her own, she researched what it would take to change the current oil steam boiler to gas because buyers often inquired about the costs associated and the required permits when making the switch.
The sale of our home took longer than expected due to complications with the buyers, who were first timers, and meeting the loan institutions’ requirements. Eventually the sale went through, and Carolina was by my side which made the closing a positive experience. I would strongly recommend Carolina if you were considering selling or purchasing property.
