A University of Pennsylvania graduate, Caroline Rigsby has lived in Atlanta, London, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Utah, and Boston, where she worked in investment banking and real estate development before returning to her hometown in 2005 to work with noted developer and visionary Tony Giarratana, pioneer of Nashville’s urban residential scene.
Her 20+ year real estate career began as a construction manager and head of sales for several seminal condo buildings in downtown Nashville. In 2018, Caroline, along with her three SimpliCITY partners, represented the prestigious 505 High-Rise Condominiums – at 45 stories, it is Nashville’s tallest residential building. Sales prices ranged from $350,000 to$6,600,000.
Beyond condominiums, her expertise spans the full spectrum of real estate—including urban and suburban homes, land, farms, lake properties, new construction, historic residences, and investment or 1031 exchange opportunities—serving clients within a 1.5-hour radius of downtown Nashville across all price-points.
She provides full service to both Nashville and Clarksville—two dynamic yet distinctly different Tennessee cities—each with its own unique market trends, communities, and opportunities.
Caroline is an outdoor enthusiast and photographer. She enjoys metal detecting, rock climbing, Cracker Barrel, and giving unsolicited advice.
